Our company advertises thousands of products online. The main problem we are trying to solve is to garner more user feedback through usersโ experiences. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective.
We would like to collaborate with students to develop user case studies describing customer experiences.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Conducting background research on our products.
- Contacting customers and scheduling interviews.
- Familiarizing themselves with the interview questions to be asked.
- Conducting the moderated interviews remotely and following up with customers to thank them for their participation.
- Writing case studies based on interview findings.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending areas of improvement based on user feedback.
