Our company focuses on working with startups. One of the projects we are working on currently, requires detailed market research and analytics to ensure that the product is properly positioned in the market and is meeting the needs of the target audience. We want to better understand our target market and the overall market, so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry.

We would like to collaborate with students to conduct market research.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Researching our target market and market potential.
  • Researching the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Recommending strategies for market infiltration, strategic positioning, brand positioning and service delivery.
