eRacerX motorsports marketplace ( B2C) is seeking creative marketing students to help develop a marketing plan and guide necessary to penetrate the eRacing market internationally. Virtual motorsports or SimRacing is currently the worlds fastest growing sport.

iRacing and eRacing has become immensely popular with over 90 million young multicultural consumers worldwide. eRacerX is developing an eCommerce marketplace similar to Amazon but specific to eRacing motorsports to serve this growing market.

The primary project requirements include:

Students shall engage in market research, data analysis, and various brand strategy frameworks to optimize our brand internationally.

Then apply the above tools to messaging, positioning, new product development, segmentation, marketing mix and customer experience data.

  1. Market research and analysis to determine unique brand positioning for RacerX Internationally
  2. A strategy document to outline and validate your findings:
  • Step By Step plan with detailed requirements to ensure RacerX quickly establishes a consistent brand and reputation globally. ( Launch Guide )
  • Branding requirements document to establish, position and maintain a consistent branding message to our customer ( Brand Guide )
  1. Brand Launch Calendar: Timely deployment of all our branding content to establish RacerX and drive customers to our marketplace site
  2. Creating engaging branding messages / content for prominent media websites
  3. Working with tools and programs such as - Google analytics Facebook Manager

We’re excited to work with creative students to help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to create a global eRacerX brand:

  • Our organization’s key objectives and goals for this project; for example "Be the Go To resource for all motorsports"

This is a great project for students to prove their multicultural marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.
