Details

Mother Daughter Empower Charity is seeking to develop a new workshop aimed at fostering empowerment and strengthening the bond between mothers and daughters. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive workshop plan that can be easily implemented by the charity's facilitators. The workshop should focus on key themes such as communication, self-esteem, and mutual support. Learners will apply their knowledge of educational theory and workshop facilitation to design engaging and interactive activities. The project will involve researching best practices in empowerment workshops, developing a structured agenda, and creating supporting materials such as handouts and presentation slides. The final workshop should be adaptable for various age groups and cultural backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a detailed workshop agenda, a set of interactive activities, and supporting materials such as handouts and presentation slides. Who we are: We are Mother Daughter Empower a Canadian Charity on a mission to EMPOWER the next generation of young girls! We believe that all women and girls should have the confidence to be who they are and become anything they want to be. Did you know that by age 14 a girl’s confidence will decrease 30% in comparison to boys of the same age? At Mother Daughter Empower, we want to change that statistic! We believe that all women and girls should have equal access to personal development and growth mindset education that will empower them to develop the confidence they need to set big goals, follow their dreams and reach their full potential.
