Me N ü Food App Inc., a bilingual food tech startup, is seeking to expand its restaurant partnerships to enhance its B2B growth. Currently in the MVP stage, the platform allows restaurant patrons to access digital menus and receive personalized dining recommendations. With a current base of 20 partner restaurants, the company aims to onboard 50 new restaurant partners within the next three months, focusing initially on Montreal and Quebec, with plans for Canada-wide expansion. This project challenges Master of Management students to design a data-informed, scalable, and AI-compatible customer acquisition strategy. The strategy should consider the unique characteristics of the Quebec restaurant market and the digital adoption behaviors of restaurant owners, ensuring it is tailored to the local context and scalable for broader application.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive B2B Acquisition Strategy, supported by data analysis and insights. The document should outline key market opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategic initiatives for expansion. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared for Me N ü's leadership team.
