- What is the main goal for this project?

We are looking for assistance in finding and completing HR management for our new NPO organization called U+ Toastmasters
We believe this project will include:
- Assist with defining a HR Management in the new NPO system
- Develop a HR function for managing volunteer performance, tracking hours and so on
- Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project
- Connect with communities and youth to promote NPO's mission.
- Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Research, plan, write, edit, and revise a HR management plan
- Research into other grant opportunities to support our cause
- Connect with other volunteers and coordinate efforts for promotion while developing a system for time management and performance management

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
Students will attend weekly club event and regular team meetings to learn updates and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
