Details

Outline and create a business plan for a 2SLGBTQ+ focused Not-For-Profit including a brief 5 year plan.

We are launching a new e-commerce based revenue stream and looking to expand our reach for the services we offer to Calgarians. The business plan you create will focus on expansion in Southern Alberta as well as launching the online sales page.

Students will provide a 10-15 page business plan by the end of this project.

Deliverables

Strong research skills are an incredible asset for this project.

We are looking to define our customer base for our new e-commerce revenue stream as well as an in-depth risk assessment, exit strategy and recommendations for the business as a going concern.

Students will be expected to conduct their own research and work through solutions to best manage our expansion.

Communication with the Board of Directors and other executive management will be required for this project.

Mentorship

Students will have the chance to network with our executive leadership. There is also the potential to network with other leaders in the 2SLGBTQ+ spaces in Calgary.

Mentorship is offered by the organization president, Cassidy.

We can provide access to Canva pro if required.
