Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

The Conference Board of Canada has identified that there is an urgent need to address the labor crisis in healthcare. We are currently looking to work with students who will research avenues for recruitment and retention of healthcare workers for a retirement home setting, particularly frontline workers in care and dining. We also believe students may be in a unique position to work with each other to brainstorm innovative strategies for our corporation to attract employees. This is an opportunity to students to learn more about the healthcare industry and in particular working with seniors. The 2016 Census identified the fast growth rate of seniors in Canada and the need to service this fast growing population.
