  3. Access to Data: Where applicable and feasible, students will be provided access to relevant data sources, such as organizational wellness surveys, employee engagement metrics, and HR policies and initiatives. This data will help inform their research, content creation, and evaluation efforts.
  4. Weekly Meetings for Review: Regular weekly meetings will be scheduled for project review and progress updates. During these meetings, students will have the opportunity to present their work, receive feedback from mentors and peers, and discuss any challenges or roadblocks they encounter.
