The main goal for the project is to build a competitive landscape for QT Business Solutions and provide an analysis of the competitors. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

- Researching and identifying direct and indirect competitors in the technical assistance and business consulting industry.

- Analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) of each identified competitor.

- Gathering information on the market share, target audience, and unique selling propositions of the competitors.

- Creating a comparative analysis report highlighting the key findings and insights from the competitive landscape.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive list of direct and indirect competitors in the technical assistance and business consulting industry.

- SWOT analysis reports for each identified competitor.

- Market share, target audience, and unique selling proposition data for the competitors.

- A comparative analysis report presenting the key findings and insights from the competitive landscape.

Final deliverables should include:

- All research materials and data collected during the competitive landscape analysis.

- A detailed comparative analysis report in a presentable format.
