What is the main goal for this project?

iSAW is an organization for international Smart Advancing Women, who brings thought leaders to support women advancement and awareness. One of our Thought Leaders is focused on Women's Health and Wellness.

The project scope is outlined below:

Creating awareness and understanding of the current gaps in gender health is imperative to create global impact in health and wellness for women. First, a critical literature search is necessary to review the current gaps from procedural methodologies to the psychological perspectives on quality of care. Upon analysis of data, development of several articles on how women can foster improvements in healthcare gender disparities. Analyze top health issues for women: cardiovascular, metabolic and hormonal changes. How do these issues impact quality of life for them and their communities.

  • Apply this basic research to understand health disparities and other issues that pertain to gender and health
  • Utilize multiple psychological perspectives
  • Critically think about research methods in gender and health psychology
  • Analyze in-depth a specific topic within gender and health
About the company

iSAW is the home of women’s progression, aimed at accelerating gender equality worldwide by enabling woman to progress as a strategic talent for the betterment of business outcomes and society at large.
