What is the main goal for this project?

Internship Positions available: 4 Individuals

Student Group Projects - 2 Teams any number of students.

CareerNiche Inc. is a growing boutique premium service HR and Career Transition Marketing Agency that assists with Employee training, and coaching (both one on one and group coaching on zoom and with career masterminds).

We want to assist in your career development to help support your future success in the virtual administrative and or Executive Assistant field by supporting our 2 Executive Leaders with a range of organizational projects, document rewrites and document portal organization into a repository. You will help us with new manual or workbook designed in MS Word for our Training and Development programs. You can review email requests and requests for information as well as coordinate our corporate and individual clients with career job seeking, career transition, career change, career selection to find their dream jobs, career pivots and more. Course Research and Development to develop full courses and or modules - mostly nontechnical elements.

The Following are general qualifications and duties:

  1. We want student interns to scope out through ideation, conceptualization and then actual execution of training plans for career transition courses. We completed the interview secrets course recently and it took several months for the course design and over 2 months to select videos, create quizzes and gamification and PowerPoints.
  2. Perform some basic business analysis with our "subject matter experts" (SMEs) and learning architect and managers.
  3. Design using simple questionnaire app software a basic set up marketing questions from SME's to research customer Net Promoter Scores
  4. Do simple Marketing Research questions for B2C customers and Focus Groups on Zoom of preset potential prospects - marketing research with our 9 to 10 question process. Considering engagement concepts for employees.
  5. Do Research with our affiliate Joint Venture Business Partners that are part of our group to question them as to viability of new courses for our target audiences and if they will promote us to their list. Consider doing
  6. You may be required to create PowerPoints slide decks from our PowerPoint templates - for live Zoom training as well as the Digital Courses online. You may be required learn our Learning Management Services - LMS for inputting text from the Course Researchers and potential design simple quizzes.
  7. Organization of Marketing assets into an application called Brandox app as well as assisting with importing and exporting between CRMs to launch a new CRM and Marketing tool called infusionsoft.
  8. Creation and distribution of class handouts including pre-class session prep questions' handouts, class pdf slides with notes area, post class HW workbook and or manual.
  9. Assisting with entering new users and setting administrative rights and set up basic user handouts related to the office software for new interns, employees and student groups into specific Group Meeting software, CRM software, Nimbus Notes (evernote type of product for research), Project Managemetn software.
  10. Create an organized inventory of all key software platforms - seek advice from our IT and Marketing suppliers as to which ones to prioritize for us.
