Details

Mother Daughter Empower Charity aims to enhance its visibility and strengthen its community engagement through a strategic public relations campaign. The charity focuses on empowering women and fostering strong mother-daughter relationships, and it seeks to communicate its mission more effectively to a broader audience. The project involves developing a comprehensive PR strategy that highlights the charity's core values and initiatives. Learners will analyze the current public perception of the charity, identify key target audiences, and craft compelling messages that resonate with these groups. The goal is to increase awareness and support for the charity's programs, ultimately leading to greater community involvement and donor engagement. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of public relations, communication strategies, and media outreach in a real-world context.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed PR campaign plan that outlines strategies for media engagement, social media outreach, and community events. Learners will also create a press release template and a series of social media posts designed to promote the charity's initiatives. Additionally, a report analyzing the effectiveness of the proposed strategies and potential areas for improvement will be required. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply PR concepts and tools to support the charity's mission.

Who we are: We are Mother Daughter Empower a Canadian Charity on a mission to EMPOWER the next generation of young girls! We believe that all women and girls should have the confidence to be who they are and become anything they want to be. Did you know that by age 14 a girl’s confidence will decrease 30% in comparison to boys of the same age? At Mother Daughter Empower, we want to change that statistic! We believe that all women and girls should have equal access to personal development and growth mindset education that will empower them to develop the confidence they need to set big goals, follow their dreams and reach their full potential.
