Our Goal:

We would like insights on the user-friendliness our website. We believe the best way to understand our website’s usability is through studying the User Experience and User Interface. We would like students to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of our website to identify ways to improve the user journey, incentivize our desired outcomes, and increase user satisfaction.

We are particularly interested in the intuitiveness of 3 key user workflows on our site:

User 1 : A user that is looking to do a bulk order of clothing.

  • A construction company looking to order shirts for all their on site workers
  • A company looking to order swag for all of their employees
  • A clothing brand looking to place a bulk order of clothing.
