The project seeks $350,000 towards the renovation and operation of the Africanada Art and Digital Literacy Centre in Surrey, BC.
This project is intended to build capacity in students to be creative and collaborative in an altruistic task. This will be a research creation project whereby the students build on previous experiences to create new experiences. Students will develop an essential entrepreneurial quality, which involves project ideation, identifying opportunities, building constructive collaboration, crafting a fund-raising message, public speaking, presentational skills, and most of all problem solving. The funds raised will be toward enabling a community centre to serve its targets in the community.

Basic IT and marketing skills, as well as team, collaborative spirits, and enterprising and high-achieving orientation.
The students will be given the following support: a part-time supervisor to provide direction and support, the supervisor will also serve as a coach providing individual and collective insights on growth and success. (3) a letter of recommendation.
