The main goal of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy for PYNC Studios that effectively promotes its brand, engages the target audience, and drives desired business outcomes. By leveraging various social media platforms, content creation, community engagement, and data-driven optimization, the aim is to increase brand visibility, expand the audience reach, and ultimately achieve PYNC Studios' marketing objectives.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Research and analysis:

  • Understand the company's goals, target audience, and unique value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
  • Analyze the company's existing social media presence and performance.


Define objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Establish clear and measurable objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, or generating leads.
  • Identify specific KPIs that align with the objectives, such as the number of followers, engagement rate, click-through rate, or conversions.


Identify target audience:

  • Create detailed buyer personas to understand the characteristics, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience.
  • Determine the social media platforms and online communities where the target audience is most active.


Content strategy:

  • Develop a content plan that aligns with the company's brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
