What is the main goal for this project?

RacerX is a motorsports marketplace ( B2B / B2C Hybrid ). We are seeking creative grad or post grad marketing students to help develop a marketing managerent plan and guide to penetrate the motorsports market with our FOCUS on developing a global network of racers and teams internationally. This project has a single focus - to get racers to register and create a unique RacerX ID in the form of a custom QR Code that will be used to attract redirect fans and brands to the racers micro site on RacerX so the racer can generate money by leveraging our platform..

Motorsports is currently the worlds fastest growing sport and incorporates many of the worlds largest companies like GM, Ford, BMW, Mercedes, etc.

RacerX is developing tech solutions to serve racers and enable them to make money on RacerX platform. Therefore we need to attract all the racers in every category of motorsports worldwide.

The primary project requirements include:

Students shall engage in market research, data analysis, and various strategy to attract racers to register on RacerX worldwide.

Then apply the above tools to messaging, positioning, new product development, segmentation, marketing mix and customer experience data.

  1. Market research and analysis to determine unique brand positioning for RacerX Internationally
  2. A strategy document to outline and validate your findings:
  • Step By Step marketing management plan with detailed requirements to launch RacerX and quickly establishe a global network of racers.
  • Branding requirements document to establish, position and maintain a consistent branding message to our customer ( Brand Guide )
  1. Creating engaging management plan to guide employees to manage our marketing like its clockwork.
  2. Working with tools and programs such as - Google analytics Facebook Manager
