safety standards ethical standards and conductThe main objective of this project is to design and build a centralized online learning platform to support the development and onboarding of Accredited Partners—professional facilitators who deliver our proprietary corporate training programs. This platform will serve as both a training hub and a resource library, giving facilitators access to legal documentation, branded materials, and step-by-step training modules that prepare them to launch and grow their own facilitation businesses.
The key goals of the project are:
- Centralize Training Resources – Organize all existing facilitator training content, templates, and documents into a cohesive, user-friendly platform.
- Improve Accessibility – Ensure that accredited partners can access their onboarding materials, legal requirements, and branding assets in one place, on demand.
- Streamline Training Flow – Map and recommend a logical structure and flow for the facilitator journey—from onboarding through accreditation and delivery.
- Enhance Learning Experience – Work with company leaders to revise and improve the instructional design, tone, and usability of current materials.
- Recommend Platform Solutions – Provide research-backed suggestions for the ideal LMS (Learning Management System) or platform based on our needs, budget, and scalability.
This is a hands-on opportunity for students to help shape a scalable training model, using real-world content and working directly with entrepreneurs and learning professionals.
The objective of this project is to finalize and prepare our Accredited Partner training content for implementation within our chosen platform. Students will focus on optimizing the structure, flow, and presentation of our existing materials to ensure a seamless learning experience for future facilitators. Key deliverables include:
Training Needs Validation Summary
- A short report that captures insights from internal stakeholders on key learning objectives, must-have features, and pain points to address in the training experience.
Course Architecture & Module Flow
- A detailed map of course modules, lessons, and assessments based on the capabilities of the selected platform. This includes recommended pacing, delivery format (video, quiz, downloadables), and visual consistency.

- Adaptation of existing training materials to fit the format and structure of the platform (e.g., converting PDFs into bite-sized lessons, turning slide decks into interactive content, chunking long text into digestible learning objects).
Resource Hub Organization
- Structuring of a downloadable resource center for accredited partners—including legal documents, branded templates, checklists, and facilitation guides—for ease of use within the platform.
Accessibility and Engagement Recommendations
- Suggestions to enhance learner engagement, usability, and accessibility (e.g., visual aids, navigation tips, simple UX tweaks) specific to the platform's functions.
Soft Launch and Feedback Plan
