- What is the main goal for this project?

Working as a team, the primary goal for the student(s) will be to research, develop and possibly implement a replacement solution for our current highly-manual Companion Paws program therapy dog assessment scheduling process.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of the is project is to receive a detailed report and possible short presentation. The project will encompass the following tasks:
- Clarify current process for scheduling and goals for improvement
- Research and identify product or develop scheduling software solution that will stand alone or integrate with our current CRM. The solution would support efficient and automated client booking, automated follow-ups, and ease of importing registration, data and documentation into the CRM.
- Possible add on: implement the solution if developed by the students
