Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

Working as a team, the primary goal for the student(s) will be to research, develop and possibly implement a replacement solution for our current highly-manual Companion Paws program therapy dog assessment scheduling process.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of the is project is to receive a detailed report and possible short presentation. The project will encompass the following tasks:

  • Clarify current process for scheduling and goals for improvement
  • Research and identify product or develop scheduling software solution that will stand alone or integrate with our current CRM. The solution would support efficient and automated client booking, automated follow-ups, and ease of importing registration, data and documentation into the CRM.
  • Possible add on: implement the solution if developed by the students
