RacerX is a startup eCommerce marketplace business Like Amazon yet focused ONLY on motorsports worldwide.

RacerX seeks students in this exciting time as we work to develop a plan to present to Amazon for partnership funding and exit partner buyout in 5-7 years

This is a unique and challenging project for creative students with experience and or education MBA or business management

We have multiple business units developing innovative technologies serving motorsports and beyond.

We can provide access to internal documentation other information as needed as well as access to key contacts.

Students will work directly with CEO JimmyMac weekly and other C-Level employees when needed.

NOTE - We ALWAYS Have Multiple Tech Innovations Ongoing @ RacerX - Into Our eCommerce Marketplace Yet Can Operate As Standalone Biz Units Therefore, We Often Accept Multiple Student Teams And To Simplify We Break Projects Into Small Biz Units Or Domestic And International.

Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong plan and pitch deck, which we can present to Amazon as key investors for an online eCommerce marketplace focused ONLY on motorsports worldwide.

With your help we plan to recruit our exit partner / AWS - Amazon during our inception. There are many mutual benefits to the prospective partnership.

Having a strong partner with experience internationally in eCommerce marketplace bis models will help to fund and grow our company worldwide prior to selling it back to Amazon once we are global 5-7 years from now.

• Expense budget
• Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
• Assets and liabilities
• Break-even analysis
• Investor Pitch Deck

Students will be mentored one on one each week via Zoom for 60 minutes or as requested by the students.
