Details

The project aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the employment landscape across Africa, focusing on children, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWD). Enabled Talent seeks to identify key barriers to employment and areas where their initiatives could have the most significant impact. The project will involve researching and compiling data for each African country, organized by region: North, West, Central, East, and Southern Africa. This analysis will help Enabled Talent make informed decisions on where to focus their efforts to promote inclusive employment opportunities. The project will require learners to apply their research and analytical skills to synthesize information into a decision-ready format.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed report and a presentation. The report will provide a country-by-country analysis, highlighting key barriers and potential impact areas for Enabled Talent. The presentation will summarize the findings and offer strategic recommendations for each region. Both deliverables should be organized by the specified African regions and be decision-ready for Enabled Talent's use.
