Details

The Feminine Intelligence Agency aims to establish a cooperative that serves as a supportive, peer-to-peer cybersecurity agency for women. The goal is to create a safe digital environment where women can learn and share cybersecurity skills to protect their online privacy and personal information. This project focuses on developing a structured program where each member can learn a specific cybersecurity skill through brief training sessions lasting 1-2 hours. These skills will empower members to identify and mitigate digital risks, particularly in personal relationships. The cooperative will foster a community of women who support each other in navigating the digital world safely, enhancing their confidence and security online.

Deliverables

Digital Footprint Minimization

Objective: Develop a framework to help members minimize their online visibility by learning to adjust privacy settings, secure social media accounts, and control public data exposure. This project reduces doxxing risks and helps members safeguard personal information.

Protection Against AI-Enabled Manipulation (AIPEx)

Objective: Educate members on hyper-personalized manipulation and design a training module to help them identify and counter AI-driven tactics targeting cognitive blind spots. This project includes best practices for data protection, as well as digital tools to limit data exposure.

Device Monitoring and Surveillance Awareness

Objective: Create a guide to detect unauthorized access or spyware on devices, focusing on identifying tracking software, securing permissions, and recognizing signs of surveillance. This empowers members to prevent coercive control tactics and maintain digital privacy.

Secure Communication Skills

Objective: Design resources to educate members on secure communication practices, including the use of encrypted messaging apps, email security basics, and anti-phishing strategies. This project ensures that private interactions remain protected.

Background Research Protocol for Personal Safety

Objective: Establish a protocol to help members safely verify personal information by teaching ethical and legal techniques for checking public records and assessing potential red flags in relationships. This project includes using public databases responsibly and identifying inconsistencies in online profiles, all within privacy guidelines.
