What is the main goal for this project?

Our organization is looking for 1-2 students to work together to achieve our goals.

Project Scope

To develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for the Athletics Department at Fanshawe College, specifically the varsity program.

Primary Focus

-Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and marketing strategy.

-Research successful marketing and social media plans for varsity programs across North America

-Recommend changes to advertising and promotional materials

-Create a marketing plan for the year specifically directed to athletes and fans for each of our social media outlets (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, on campus digital signage)

-Develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement

-Create pre-planned content for social media, following college brand guidelines

Our goal at the end of this experience?

To improve our online presence, reach more customers and effectively promote the varsity programs and events that we have on campus through compelling content.
