1) Renew, Restore, Empower
We are developing a network for professional women, mainly leaders in the Not for Profit Sector, who are experiencing burnout.
We meet twice a month with guest speakers and facilitated conversations
2) Meaningful Metamorphosis
This workshop is held monthly virtually or in person and is aimed at professional women going through transitions in their lives.
The course is developed with a clinical psychologist.
Starfish Synergies offers corporate training and facilitation for not for profits and private business. The founder is the exclusive North American license holder with Hasbro for PlayDoh Power Solutions Corporate Training.
Tasks selected for the team will include some of:
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify the target audience and understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze competitors to find gaps in the market and identify unique selling points for your courses.
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for online and offline use.
- Design course logos, banners, and other branding assets.
- Develop infographics and promotional images for social media and marketing materials.
Website Development:
- Assist in building or updating the course website.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop a social media marketing plan for promoting the courses.
- Create a social media content calendar for various platforms.
- Write engaging social media posts and schedule them for release.
Email Marketing:
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns to build and nurture the course audience.
- Create email newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Produce blog posts, articles, or videos related to the courses.
- Optimize content for SEO and share it across relevant platforms.
Public Relations:
- Assist in outreach to industry influencers and publications for potential partnerships or features.
- Draft press releases and maintain a media contact list.
Video Production:
- Create promotional videos, course trailers, and video testimonials.
- Edit and optimize video content for various platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create reports with key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Community Management:
- Manage online communities and forums related to the courses.
- Engage with participants, answer questions, and foster a supportive community.
Customer Support:
- Assist with customer inquiries, registration, and support requests.
- Ensure a positive participant experience by promptly addressing issues.
Data Entry and Organization:
- Keep track of participant data and registration information.
- Maintain organized files and databases.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
- Collect feedback from participants and compile it for improvements.
- Analyze feedback to make data-driven decisions for course enhancements.
It will be important to ask learners how they would like to communicate and the frequency of contact, however at minimum:
- We will meet at minimum weekly through Zoom
- They will have have access to me through Slack or WhatsApp for ongoing questions
- We will use project management software (Trello) to keep our project on track
