Details

The project coordinator role aims to ensure the successful delivery of in-house task deliverables/projects by effectively coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This entails creating a detailed project plan, providing regular progress reports, documenting discussions and decisions through meeting minutes, and outlining a communication plan to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. By the project's conclusion, the successful candidate will have demonstrated their ability to effectively coordinate and manage in-house projects, resulting in the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations.






Deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Develop project plans, regularly monitor and report on project status.
  • Identify potential risks and issues and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and any deviations from the original plan.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including project schedules, and meeting minutes.


Mentorship
  1. Staff Time: Learners will have access to dedicated staff members who will serve as mentors and provide guidance throughout the project. These mentors will be available to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer support as needed.
  2. Access to Data: Learners will have access to relevant data and information needed to complete their projects successfully. This may include access to stakeholder data, project documentation, industry research, and other resources that will aid in project execution.
  3. Regular Check-ins and Feedback: Learners will participate in regular check-in meetings with their mentors to discuss project progress, address any challenges or issues, and receive feedback on their performance. These check-ins will provide learners with the opportunity to ask questions, seek guidance, and ensure that they are on track to meet project objectives.
  4. Training and Development Opportunities: Learners will have access to training and development opportunities to enhance their project coordination skills and knowledge.
