- What is the main goal for this project?

The Autism Waitlist is currently focused upon the development of resources and programs within Canada. The aim of this project would be to assess international expansion.
Specific goals:
- Identifying which international market to enter (including a market entry strategy). The company has considered future expansion into USA and UK but would be looking for an evaluation into if these are the most beneficial markets to enter and a strategy plan
- Identifying potential international partners for international expansion, and providing a brief strategic overview.
- Preparation of a business model canvas or lean canvas for proposed market entry and presentation plan for investors.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The waitlist for an assessment or services is unreasonably long in Canada. The aim of Autism Waitlist is to have every paediatrician's office, doctor's office, and school to be able to provide parents with steps they can take to support their child while they are on the waitlist, and provide trainings, tools, and resources to help them.
