What is the main goal for this project?

Working as individuals or in a team, the primary goals for the student(s) will be:

  • Strategy - Develop strategic plan, in collaboration with the CEO, that defines The LifeLine Canada Foundation’s (TLC) goals for expansion
  • Objectives - Outline the objectives or milestones required to be completed to meet the strategic goals for expansion
  • SWOT analysis - Identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to achieving the strategic goals for expansion
  • Business Development - identify new income, funding and grant opportunities, draft proposals to support the strategic goals for grow.
What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Our goal at the end of the is project is to receive a detailed report and possible 30 to 60-minute presentation which includes the following:

  • Strategy - For the student(s) to help us clearly define or goals for expansion.
  • Objectives - For the student(s) to write a detailed plan (defined objectives/milestones) or roadmap for our goals for expansion.
  • SWOT Analysis - For the students to document a realistic perspective on the challenges and opportunities that will be presented in attempting to reach our goals for expansion, including recommendations for overcoming weaknesses/threats to the plan
  • Business Development - For the student(s) to help identify income and funding opportunities and draft proposals for obtaining this funding as appendices to the report.
  • Business development - For the student(s) to have the potential to implement action plans.
