What is the main goal for this project?

TDW is in dire need of a new CRM for scheduling, managing the pipeline and sales funnel, so we'll coloborate with students to determine a report to weigh the best options available to us. It'll be in two parts, as we'll need two CRMs.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Deliver a final recommendation for our organization in the form of a written report complete with all analysis preformed. Also, a pitch on why it is the most suitable for TDW Consultation.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project, guidance will provided as required. Will meet with a designated project manager to discuss premise and further details of the CRM evaluation.
