The main goal for the project is to develop a referral program for both individuals and businesses to increase awareness of CTS Incentives and drive more clients to the company. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching and understanding the target audience for the referral program.


- Developing a strategy for incentivizing both individuals and businesses to refer clients to CTS Incentives.


- Creating a marketing plan to promote the referral program and attract participants.


- Designing and implementing a system for tracking and rewarding successful referrals.


- Testing the referral program and making improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- A detailed plan for the referral program, including target audience, incentives, and marketing strategy.
