What is the main goal for this project?

GetGlasses.online is a Canadian E-Commerce retailer that specializes in prescription glasses, sunglasses as well as optical frames. GetGlasses Online is a new initiative fully launched in 2021 in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, and is still in search for a brand identity and positioning . Relevance, consistency, and differentiation are the building blocks of strong brands, and require dedicated effort over a long period of time. Looking for students to assist in prepare a plan to enhance our existing brand to increase revenue and/or market share

  • Establishing relevant differentiators for our product.
  • Creating consistent messaging around our corporate brand.
  • Crafting relevant messaging for our target audience.
  • Identifying areas of improvement for our corporate and product brands.
  • Developing a promotional plan to build awareness of our product
