Enabled Talent is seeking to enhance its platform by developing an accessible and user-friendly interface that caters to individuals with diverse abilities. The primary goal of this project is to create an inclusive design that adheres to WCAG standards, ensuring accessibility compliance. The project will focus on improving the user experience by designing an intuitive job search feature and an optimized employer dashboard. By addressing these areas, Enabled Talent aims to facilitate seamless navigation and engagement for all users. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in UI/UX design, focusing on accessibility and user-centered design principles. The team will work on closely related tasks, such as wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, to ensure the final product meets the needs of diverse users.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a set of wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate the proposed interface design. Additionally, the team will provide a comprehensive report detailing the design process, accessibility compliance measures, and user testing results. The final deliverable will be a presentation showcasing the design improvements and their impact on user experience. These deliverables will collectively ensure that the interface is both accessible and user-friendly, aligning with Enabled Talent's objectives.
