No skills listedThe goal of this project is to create a solid growth and marketing plan to scale our business model though out Alabama and the Southeastern part of the United States by year three. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Identifying and creating a social media campaign that would effectively target and reach the families of seniors that are currently looking for their seniors care.
- Creating a strategic plan through market research of execution an expansion from Birmingham, Alabama to new markets.
- Conducting user testing to validate the expansion plan and marketing strategy.
- Providing data and analytics to support the growth plan.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- A comprehensive growth and marketing plan for the expansion of Dwell at Home from Birmingham, Alabama to the Southeastern part of the United States.
- A social media campaign targeting families of seniors currently looking for care.
- A strategic plan for the expansion of Dwell at Home.
- Analysis of user testing results and validation of the expansion plan and marketing strategy.
- Data and analytics to support the growth plan.
- Kick off meeting with both founder/owners.
- Scheduled weekly meetings and scheduled additional meetings as necessary with a founder/owner.
- Support in strategy and vision.
- Access to any and all current video and ads used thus far.
- Access to branding.
- Prompted attention to any request from team.
About the company
Dwell at Home is an app that connects independent caregivers with seniors or families of seniors who need care. The app works similar to something like Uber. The schedule, pay, job description, all goes through the app, putting the family in control of their loved ones care. Independent caregivers create a profile, pay rate, availability those needing care are matched with them. Both sides benefit from this free app.
