Details

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is a pioneering organization that equips women with tools to recognize and counter manipulative tactics in relationships and social dynamics. FIA combines neuroscience-backed insights, practical training, and community-driven support to help women build autonomy and resilience.

To expand its mission, FIA is preparing to launch a subscription-based service offering continuous access to tailored educational resources, neurofeedback tools to improve decision-making and emotional regulation, and a vibrant community for peer support. This project will focus on developing a strategic marketing plan to successfully launch the subscription service.

Students will collaborate with FIA to identify target subscriber personas, craft acquisition and retention strategies, and design a content marketing calendar that communicates the unique value of the service. Additionally, the project will include an evaluation framework to measure the service’s growth, user engagement, and satisfaction over time.

Deliverables

Deliverables:

  1. Pricing and Value Proposition:
  • Develop tiered pricing strategies tailored to different subscriber personas (e.g., young professionals, caregivers, advocates).
  • Highlight the value proposition of FIA’s subscription service, emphasizing how it addresses specific pain points.
  1. Promotional Strategy for Acquisition and Retention:
  • Create a strategy to attract new subscribers using tactics such as free trials, referral bonuses, and introductory offers.
  • Design a retention plan to reduce churn, including personalized emails, loyalty incentives, and community-building initiatives.
  1. Content Marketing Calendar:
  • Develop a calendar of engaging educational content, success stories, testimonials, and expert insights to drive interest and engagement.
  • Recommend multimedia formats (e.g., blogs, videos, webinars) to cater to diverse audience preferences.
  1. Evaluation Framework:
  • Propose metrics to measure subscription growth, engagement rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest tools for collecting and analyzing user feedback to improve service delivery and marketing effectiveness.

Expected Outcomes:

  • A detailed and actionable marketing plan to ensure a successful launch of FIA’s subscription service.
  • Insights into subscriber personas and strategies to address their needs.
  • A sustainable content and promotion strategy that fosters growth and engagement.
  • A measurement framework to track and improve marketing performance over time.
