- What is the main goal for this project?

I am ready to take my business to the next level. Presently I only offer private 1:1 coaching! My company requires some assistance is assessing our customer landscape as I create new products & services. We want to learn more about customer’s expectations and behaviours in the parenting education and support landscape. It is important for me to stay up to date on what is being offered in the marketplace and what the opportunity for differentiation is. I have some ideas of what I would like to do but I need to make sure that I consider all available options before making a decision.
To consider: What are key target pain points that are not being served within the current landscape? How is a purchase decision being made? Who are potential strategic partners to bring offerings to market?

Our specific need is a lanscape overview. Looking at key competitors and their offerings, what are some target pain points that are not being met within the current market place offerings. What is the opportunity for differentiation?
Some survey's with key target to validate assumptions would be valuable. Findings to be delivered in a presentation that includes industry and competitor insights, recommendation on new products and services to consider and GTM recommendation.
