Design and develop a 'Training' sharepoint hub

communication research microsoft sharepointWe are a small private College looking to develop an online Sharepoint communication hub that will map out different training opportunities and resources for College staff. This hub will include a number of parts, such as (but not limited to): links to valuable online resources, discussion forums, training dates, videos, and files. The outcomes for this project includes:
1. Research - review similar hubs at other institutions to help design a layout, as well as generate ideas.
2. Review data collected from previous survey of staff on training needs, and conduct further surveys as needed.
3. Draw out a draft outline of a training plan for the following areas:
- Cyber-Security
- Privacy
- Indigenous Community Awareness
- Gender Awareness
- Basic Computer Skills
4. Help build and design the plan in sharepoint, by adding webparts, links, and available content.
Student will be mentored by Registrar, and work closely with other internal stakeholders as needed to complete the outcome. The scope for this project is 80.
