What is the main goal for this project?

To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple strategy for generating leads as well as a list of potential prospects

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

The final project deliverable is a list of leads including research, analysis, and recommendations to our sales team. It should assist them in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.

How will you support learners in completing the project?

Students will work closely with the CEO and current sales and marketing strategist who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
