Project scope
What is the main goal for this project?

We are re-vamping our 2 sites (www.officementors.com and www.spokenlives.com. Our team is looking to refine SEO for these 2 new sites. We also need a social media marketing wizard who can help us drive more traffic and improve our SEO positioning. The primary project requirements include:

  1. Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization to reach our target market
  2. Develop a strategy document to outline:
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords
  • Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and share
  1. Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site
  2. Creating engaging content for prominent media websites
  3. Working with tools and programs needed (Canva, Later, etc.)

We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm, but also execute a strategy to achieve:

  • Maximize exposure of our free content to generate sales of our Online Course (Part 1 & 2)
  • This is a great project for students to prove their digital marketing expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.

Founder, Elizabeth Verwey is an experienced business mentor (officementors.com). Spoken Lives is her passion project, established in 2015. This women's speaker series brings women together to hear stories of resilience.

Elizabeth is writing a book and requires analysis of 500 surveys (already done) for this book,
