The main goal for the project is to create a comprehensive business plan for Spectrum Technology Solutions Inc. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to understand the company's mission, vision, and goals.

- Analyzing the current market and competitive landscape.

- Developing a financial forecast for the next 3-5 years, including sales projections, expense budgets, and break-even analysis.

- Creating a marketing and sales strategy to reach the target audience.

- Outlining the organizational structure and operational plan for the company.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive business plan document outlining the company's mission, vision, market analysis, financial forecast, marketing and sales strategy, and operational plan.

- A 30-minute presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations from the business plan.

Final deliverables:

- A final business plan document in a professional format.

- A presentation slide deck for the 30-minute presentation.

Both founders will be available to help the students in every capacity from business information to current projects. Currently there is not much of a technology involved.
