This project is for the participants to gain an understanding of attracting talent, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Documentation of our current recruitment process
- Visualization of our current recruitment process and identification of strengths and limitations
Bonus steps would include:
- Recommending feedback in the recruitment process
Final deliverables should include
- A final report of numbers associated with recruitment. Structure of numbers will be provided from day one.
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our recruitment practices
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
- Improving networking skills
- Understanding the crossover between sales and recruitment
- Work 1:1 with leadership
