Geffen Baby is a USA based organic cloth diaper manufacturer who is looking to improve their sales and reach across the globe. For this project we are looking to increase our reach across the USA and Canada. We are also looking at creating new relationships with new partners to carry Geffen Baby in their stores.
Term: 8 weeks starting as soon as possible
To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target market.
The project may include, but is not limited to:
- Identifying new potential accounts that align with our current customer base.
- Compiling relevant market information.
- Building a customizable outreach script.
- Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success.
- Lead a few sales calls
- There will also be a leads list that will be given to students to give an idea of the kinds of leads are required
The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.
Daily check ins for the first week and weekly check ins thereafter or as needed

We began as Los Angeles-based textile manufacturing company that saw a need for natural baby products. We manufacture the textiles we use ourselves at our own plant in our own backyard to ensure that we have a hand in on every step of production from start to finish.
We decided to improve our fabrics by adding more hemp to the content, becoming the only fabric in the industry to have 60% Hemp and 40% Organic cotton. In doing so we created a performance fabric that is not only more durable, but also more absorbent.
