- What is the main goal for this project?

Our company would like to explore re-designing the target website with a prototype.
We would like a group of students to design a new prototype web application based off of the target website’s functionality.
This will involve:
- Conducting background research on the existing web application for the product.
- Identifying key areas of our current website and what areas of focused might return the best results in a redesign.
- Learning and using various software design tools. We strongly recommend students learn how to use Figma as this is the latest and greatest tool currently available.
- Creation of a screen by screen UX / UI prototype of a web application which can be used on all major browsers and be mobile friendly and responsive to different screen sizes.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Familiarize themselves with the target website.
- Familiarize themselves with a design tool of their choosing and understand how it works. We strongly recommend Figma.
- Design and build inside of the design tool all the needed screens for a redesigned prototype of our product
- Present the final design screens to us with the context of all their choices they made, problems they encountered, and next steps they recommend.
Final deliverables should include
- The design screens and all assets in a shareable format.
- A presentation as stated above of the final designs.
