- What is the main goal for this project?

We are a motorsports company serving international clients like Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Lamborghini and more in the world of motorsports in Formula 1, IMSA, NASCAR, Moto GP and many more motorsports series around the globe .
RacerX is seeking talented fashion design students with fresh creative talent in development of fashion designs for motorsports.
This means designs for racers, high profile sponsors, team members, and unique designs cobranded for fans showcasing the famous brands listed.
1. Create unique fashion designs to showcase executives at (TV) televised motorsports events worldwide.
2. OPTIONAL Race Suit Designs that incorporate Fireproof Materials
3. Design and build prototypes of designs for motorsports team personnel
This is a great opportunity for students to get exposure and experience on an international stage with the most high profile brands in the world.
Students have direct access to CEO JimmyMac 1 hour each week and C-Level employees when needed.
Based on our unique goals, we would like students to develop a unique fashion design format, templates and patterns for specific RacerX garments
Secondly incorporating top brand logos into garments that you design for maximum TV exposure of your designs and famous brands
The plan:
The intention of the project is to allow students opportunity to experience a wide range of activities to identify their strengths while further developing their knowledge and skills in fashion design and technology. This includes both high fashion and elite sportswear garments (Possibly using intelligent fabrics).
Students should have experience creating designs and making patterns by hand and through Optitex.
Students will create specification packages, line lists and limited marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Students will have direct access to the worlds top brands in Formula 1 and design leaders internationally, yet work directly with CEO
- It's a project made in heaven for an aspiring young fashion design and technology student!
