Your insights will help us analyze our potential to leverage logistics and supply chain systemization for business operations and to identify and draw helpful insights.

From this analysis, we hope to not only help students to gain real world experience but to improve our processes, implement and test solutions created from your insights on our global eCommerce platform. These insights will be directly related to business outcomes regarding logistics. This project is one that will allow students real time experience in live market situations and to implement and test their contributions.

Here are some of the topics we’d like students to explore throughout this project:

• Learn cloud based logistics solutions effective at moving products across borders and around the globe.
• Research, Design, Develop or Improve logistics operational systemization across multiple departments in multi countries
• Identify trends and potential predictive strategies that will improve our logistics and supply chain - business operations
• Develop more effective methodologies, templates, reporting models based on your findings

Students will have access to C-Level execs to mentor them, answer questions and have milestone meetings.
