What is the main goal for this project?

I Impactify is an organizational talent management and learning platform. The main purpose of the project is to identify what are some typical steps done by an HR team of a small/medium organization and what are some challenges and pain points that can be solved by U Impactify:

  1. Identifying organizational skill gaps and needs (individual, group, whole)
  2. Strategizing organizational skill management (individual, group, whole)
  • Recruiting a new employee
  • Getting an external consultant
  • Developing existing employees

3. Providing organizational learning support

  • micro and macro training and workshops (both in-house and external)
  • mentorships (both in-house and external)
  • Community

4. Monitoring and Evaluating Learning Impact (individual, group, and organization)

5. Rewarding learning culture (individual and group)

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
