I Impactify is an organizational talent management and learning platform. The main purpose of the project is to identify what are some typical steps done by an HR team of a small/medium organization and what are some challenges and pain points that can be solved by U Impactify:
- Identifying organizational skill gaps and needs (individual, group, whole)
- Strategizing organizational skill management (individual, group, whole)
- Recruiting a new employee
- Getting an external consultant
- Developing existing employees
3. Providing organizational learning support
- micro and macro training and workshops (both in-house and external)
- mentorships (both in-house and external)
- Community
4. Monitoring and Evaluating Learning Impact (individual, group, and organization)
5. Rewarding learning culture (individual and group)
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?
