RacerX is an eCommerce Marketplace like Amazon specific for motorsports worldwide.
We’re a 100% virtual tech innovation company developing dozens of business & tech solutions for our eCommerce marketplace on AWS Serverless environment using Amplify Studio. ( AI * ML )

We provide experiential learning projects to get students hands on experience needed to land desirable careers with RacerX and 10,000+ global companies on our marketplace. Companies like Honda, GM, BMW, AWS, Porsche, Ford, Ferrari, Red Bull Racing, GoPro, NASCAR, Formula 1 and many more.
"Student Recruiter" is an online web app designed by students specifically for students seeking careers, internships and projects. A solution to deliver advantage for students vs seasoned employees
The problem it solves: Students with little to no work experience are often compared with those with decades of job experience. This webapp will showcase students in a way that no other job platform can.
"Student Recruiter" will aggregate all research papers, grades, exp learning works, provide videos of their works and an applicant video interview. All applicant input data, research papers and videos shall leverage AI to create a "hire-ability score" using the TopGrading formula used by Google, Apple, RacerX and Amazon. As students educate, they update their profile to increase their hire-ability score.
"Student Recruiter" showcases their education, research papers, related biz ops skills and tech skills.
1. We are seeking students to collaborate with another top int'l university on this project. *cross culture
2. Students have creative license to develop a solution to give advantage to students by showcasing all the elements most job applications and interviews miss. Students need an edge as it relates to career opportunities, and should not be compared to old school workers and Pre-Covid work environments. Student Recruiter will enable students to design the lifestyle they seek and match the career to it.
The primary focus will be:
a) Research, Design and Develop a web app using AWS serverless cloud formation in Amplify Studio
b) Create wireframes, screen shots, storyboards and mockups of the solution based on TopGrading
c) Develop an MVP working prototype in collaboration with a 2nd top university in another country.
Software Architecture - Some of this may involve improving functionality of an existing system - integration; porting of data thru API integrations in AWS Cloud and serverless.
Research, Review and Recommend communication tools, problem solving techniques, intelligent search, heuristic methods, and knowledge representation.
Application Programming Interfaces - Design an integration using AWS API Gateway to simplify it.
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
App Development - For student(s) to get hands on experience creating a prototype application that accelerates their journey into a desirable career.
Software Architecture Development - For the student(s) to learn AWS Well Architected architecture and to ensure optimal performance and sustainability of the solution they develop.
Other duties the student may complete could include:
AWS SOLUTIONS Research, Evaluation, Services Selection, Integration
Assisting with site process improvements to add functionality
Unit and integration testing
LANGUAGES: Java, Python, MySQL, C++ .NET, AWS Account Console - Amplify Studio.
We communicate with virtual teams using - MS Teams, Zoom, Whats app group messaging, email.
