- Recruiting Top Talent For Virtual Teams Worldwide
- Company culture.
- Incentive Based Compensation Based Models.
- Compensation, rewards, and incentives.
- Management personnel and performance incentive based practices.
- Satisfaction levels.
To develop and administer this virtual international company business model, you will have access to key leadership personnel using Geoff Smarts Topgrading principle adapted for a global remote workforce, interns and outsource contractors as well.
We want to gain insights from the project that will guide us in making positive changes to improve recruiting strategies, increase retention rate, increase employee satisfaction and optimize team efficiency based on accountability, proper recognition, rewards and incentives.
