- What is the main goal for this project?

MyoWorx Physiotherapy is a research-based physiotherapy clinic in Guelph Ontario. With new research projects on the horizon, we are looking to update our data management strategies.
We are looking to move our current data to a database on Microsoft Access to meet our inter-departmental needs and assist our growth. Our data is currently hosted on a large number of excel spreadsheets.
Phase 1: (this project) is to develop the database structure in Microsoft Access.
Phase 2: will include transferring data from excel spreadsheets into the new database
Phase 3: TBD
We are interested in applicants who are interested in applying for phase 2 of the project once phase 1 is completed. - What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Design Microsoft access template
- Get approval for database template
