What is the main goal for this project?: In this project we would like students to focus on the the service levels from three different levels, direct consumer satisfaction (the student), B2B customer satisfaction (the client, student association/union/federation etc), Institution level (College/University administration).

Each group of student-consultants will spend +100 hours working on your organization. At the end of which, each group will showcase their servicescape recommendations to you in a 15-minute presentation, which will be accompanied by a +10-page document detailing their research and reasonings.
