- Company culture.
- Compensation Based Motivation.
- Compensation, rewards, and incentives.
- Management personnel and performance incentive based compensation practices.
- Satisfaction levels.
To develop and administer this business model, you will have access to key leadership personnel using Geoff Smarts Topgrading principle adapted for a global remote workforce and outsource contractors as well.
We want to gain insights from the project that will guide us in making positive changes to increase recruiting strategies, increase employee satisfaction and optimize team efficiency based on compensation incentives.
Students will receive mentorship from C-Level employees and Company owner
Students will use an online project management solution to improve collaboration and minimize reaction time to questions
Students will receive 2 x 1 hr weekly meetings Monday and Friday to guide students, gauge progress and remove any constraints
