- What is the main goal for this project?

We would like to entirely understand the business consulting and mentoring industries in both Hungary and Transylvania (Romania). When did it start? How big is the market? Where are they placed? Do Universities have Innovation Centres? Do they promote international trade programmes?
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Please could you focus on answering the following research questions: Do Innovation Centres (IC) exist at universities where mentoring, consulting and training programmes could be run? Do existing IC collaborate with Western European universities and consulting/mentoring businesses? What would be our advantage compared to the existent competitors? Do local private consulting/mentoring companies exist and collaborate with universities? What kind of services do IC or private consulting companies offer? Do they prepare their students to be able to promote their businesses on the international stage? How to differentiate ourselves from competitors: do they teach in English? Do they offer programmes for female entrepreneurs and autistic students/adults? Do they offer opportunities for autistic adults: social, work or volunteering opportunities? SWOT analysis, Porter Five Forces and PESTEL analysis would be a minimum requirement.

We exclusively deliver practical knowledge and skills that complement their acquired theoretical background. Students who are ready to start an overseas business will be introduced to the University of Sussex and the Hungarian British Business Association in London for getting further support.
